"I just purchased a place as part of a relocation from Colorado - my new pad needed some TLC to bring it from 1999 to 2020! Eduardo coordinated with me when I traveled into town and put together a comprehensive renovation plan. He listened to what I wanted and provided ideas and solutions. The end product is awesome - I now have an incredible fitness room that's better than any gym, a bright kitchen with lots of marble, a converted guest suite for any visitors, sanded and refinished cherry floors, high efficiency LED lighting throughout, an expansive billiard / theater hangout in my basement for entertaining friends and the kids.
